The Service, including our proprietary design assets, frameworks, documentation, and original content, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and its licensors. Upon final milestone payment sign-off, customized source deliverables developed specifically for the client are assigned according to your contract agreement. Our agency trademarks, brand identity, and logos may not be used without prior written authorization from the Company.
3. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or non-payment of agreed development milestones.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India for the purpose of litigating all such claims, conflicts, or disputes.
5. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our reasonable discretion. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
