2. Cancellation Policy
We recognize that circumstances may change. Cancellation rules are structured as follows:
100% Full Refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled project kickoff.
50% Fee Applied to cover pre-allocated developer and designer resources.
Non-Refundable once programming, wireframing, or deployment has begun.
In certain approved cases, we may allow rescheduling of project start dates without penalty depending on resource bandwidth.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after formal review.
- Refunds will be credited directly to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Bank Wire).
- No refunds are issued for completed services, signed-off milestones, or delivered digital source assets.
- Partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of the predefined project scope has been completed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Due to external infrastructure and provider costs, the following items are strictly non-refundable once purchased:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- Hosting servers, SSL certificates, and enterprise email accounts
- Third-party software licenses, themes, and paid API subscriptions
- Active monthly SEO retainers, ad campaign setups, and digital media spend
